Edition 01 - 1:1.1
Made by ceramicist Alex Millar in her Bow studio, 1:1.1 is comprised of two ceramic vessels made from 100% reclaimed, recycled clay. When used together they make up the optimum ratio of rice to water (according to Cat, a self-proclaimed expert).
Inspired by smaller European bistro cups and curvier American diner mugs, each cup is totally unique both in glaze, size and handle (although not ratio per set – we’ve been measuring out exact volumes for weeks!).
All cups are glazed with Albany Slip, a beautiful Californian-meets-Cornish deep and earthy brown, with brush strokes of cool blue tones. Bit of a pot luck as to which one you get!
